"Bugs are our Friends" Sing Pre-1st Graders

Few relationships are as pure as the fascination children have for creepy crawlers. Today, our students in Pre-1st got to share that obsession for insects with their parents in an adorable Spring Festival in which they sang that bugs are to be cared for and protected not sprayed on. Ms. Silvia shared that besides the obvious learning they did in the weeks-long project they also honed their active listening skills and worked a lot on cooperation (sharing and waiting is so tough for a 7 year old).
